Vohnja Fonal
Vohnja is recorded from 1504, and from 1837 to 1919 it belonged to the von Tiesenhausens. The single-story Classicist house was built in the 1820s–1830s under the von Baumgartens, and with its fieldstone and brick outbuildings it is counted among the finest examples of High Classicism in Estonia. In 1739 the complaint of Jaan, Vohnja’s miller, against his lord was among the cases behind the Rosen Declaration.
