In 1628 King Gustavus Adolphus of Sweden granted the Polli and Udriku estates to Elisabeth von Rehbinder for the service of her fallen husband, Bernhard von Rehbinder. In 1642 Udriku was split off from Polli, and it remained a hereditary Rehbinder estate until 1919. The stately main house was built in 1796–1803 under Count Gustav von Rehbinder, marshal of the Virumaa district. At the center of the two-story classical stone house is a pedimented portico of four Ionic columns; triangular pediments crown the windows, and a dentil frieze runs around the building.
