Seidla Seydell
Seidla was first recorded in 1639. It long belonged to the Mohrenschildts and later the Vietinghoffs, and from 1884 to the Schillings. The two-story late Baroque house was built in the 1760s–1780s. The square in front was framed by an arcaded granary and a stable and carriage house. The manor’s Dutch windmill has been restored and grinds grain again.

Good to know Seidla’s windmill is the only working Dutch-type windmill in mainland Estonia. A parish school opened in the manor in 1921. The great hall has a Rococo tiled stove.
