Kehtna Kechtel
The two-story early classicist main house was finished around the 1790s. Rebels burned it in 1905, but the von Lilienfelds rebuilt it with a new mansard roof and Neo-Baroque stucco. The future outlaw Rummu Jüri once worked here as a valet.

Good to know Folk-hero outlaw Rummu Jüri worked at the manor as a valet in his youth. A pond lies in front of the house, and a half-kilometer avenue leads toward Rapla. The house later held a home economics school and a state-farm technical college.
