Pala mõisat on olemasolevana mainitud 1628. aastal. 18. sajandi algul kuulus see Bockidele ja 1716. aastast kuni 1919. aastani Strykidele. Kahekorruseline peahoone ehitati 19. sajandi teisel poolel: esimene korrus on kivist, teine puidust ja fassaadi paremas otsas on puitsammastel veranda. Varasem peahoone oli tõenäoliselt 18. sajandi teisel poolel ehitatud ühekorruseline püstlaudvoodriga puitmaja.

Täna Peahoone on kasutusel elamuna. Säilinud on mitu ümber ehitatud kõrvalhoonet. Kuni 1960. aastateni seisis alles ka vana peahoone, mis seejärel lagunes ja lammutati.

Pala manor is recorded as already existing in 1628. In the early 1700s it belonged to the Bocks, and from 1716 until 1919 to the Stryks. The two-story house was built in the second half of the 1800s: the ground floor is stone, the upper floor timber, and a veranda on wooden columns stands at the right end of the facade. The earlier house was probably a one-story timber building with vertical board cladding from the second half of the 1700s.

Today The house is used as a residence. Several altered outbuildings survive. The old main house stood until the 1960s, when it fell into ruin and was pulled down.
