Veltsi Weltz
Veltsi became an independent manor in 1709, when it was split off from the lands of Neeruti. In the early 1900s it belonged to the Dehn family. The two-story fair-faced brick house probably dates from around the turn of the 20th century. Its shallow roofs and arched windows point to the Neo-Renaissance.

Good to know In the 1920s the estate was turned into the Veltsi settlement, which became Veltsi village in 1977. Many outbuildings of red brick and fieldstone date from the same period as the house. Its German name was Weltz.
