Tõstamaa Testama
The von Helmersens built a two-story early classicist house at Tõstamaa in 1804. In the 1870s the Staël von Holsteins remade it in the Historicist style, adding six Ionic columns, arched windows and a low roof. The last lord, the Sanskrit scholar Alexander Staël von Holstein, ended his life as a professor in Beijing.
