Pala manor is recorded as already existing in 1628. In the early 1700s it belonged to the Bocks, and from 1716 until 1919 to the Stryks. The two-story house was built in the second half of the 1800s: the ground floor is stone, the upper floor timber, and a veranda on wooden columns stands at the right end of the facade. The earlier house was probably a one-story timber building with vertical board cladding from the second half of the 1700s.
The house is used as a residence. Several altered outbuildings survive. The old main house stood until the 1960s, when it fell into ruin and was pulled down.
