Suure-Kõpu Groß-Köppo
Kõpu was recorded in 1487, and from 1823 until the land reform it belonged to the von Stryk family. Work on the present house, designed by Emil Julius Strauss, began in the later 1830s and after a long pause was finished in 1847. Four Ionic pilasters adorn the central bay of this grayish-blue Late Classicist building, which closely resembles Kuremaa manor.
