Karula Karolen
Karula was split off from Sangaste manor in 1741, when Ivan Golovin sold it to Baron Georg Albrecht von Mengden. It later belonged to the von Delwigs, the von Brüggens and the von Grotes. The stately two-story house dates from the 1700s and was extended in the 1800s and 1900s.
