Taheva uusbarokne torniga peahoone valmis 20. sajandi algul August Reinbergi projekti järgi. 1926 avati siin vigaste laste kodu, hiljem tegutses mõisas laste tuberkuloosisanatoorium. Peahoone hävis 1944.

Täna Peahoone varemed, park ja mitu kõrvalhoonet on alles. Mõisa kompleksis tegutsevad hoolde- ja asenduskodu.

Taheva’s neo-baroque main house with its tower was completed in the early 1900s to a design by August Reinberg. A home for disabled children opened here in 1926, and the manor later became a tuberculosis sanatorium for children. The main house was destroyed in 1944.

Today The ruins of the main house, the park and several outbuildings remain. Care and foster homes now operate in the complex.
