Raikküla omanike seas olid Rootsi feldmarssal Otto Wilhelm von Fersen, Holstein-Gottorfi hertsog, von Staalid ning Vene rahandusminister krahv Georg Cancrin. Staalide hilisbarokne maja sai 1819–1820 kuue joonia sambaga portikuse. Hiljem kuulus mõis geoloog Alexander von Keyserlingile, kelle juures käis korduvalt Otto von Bismarck, ning siin elas ka filosoof Hermann von Keyserling.

Täna 1960. aasta põlengus kannatada saanud maja on alates 2000. aastast eraomandis ja suuresti restaureeritud.

Raikküla’s owners included the Swedish field marshal Otto Wilhelm von Fersen, a Duke of Holstein-Gottorp, the von Staals and the Russian finance minister Count Georg Cancrin. The Staals’ Late Baroque house gained a portico of six Ionic columns in 1819–1820. The estate later belonged to the geologist Alexander von Keyserling, whom Otto von Bismarck visited several times, and the philosopher Hermann von Keyserling also lived here.

Today Damaged by fire in 1960, the house has been privately owned since 2000 and largely restored.
