Kodijärve mõis eraldati 17. sajandi teisel poolel Arula mõisast. Kuni 1800. aastani kuulus see Brackelitele ning 1856. aastast kuni 1919. aastani Ackermannidele; viimane omanik oli Arthur von Ackermann. Kõrgel künkal Kodijärve kaldal seisev kahekorruseline kivist peahoone sisaldab tõenäoliselt mitut 18. ja 19. sajandi ehitusjärku. Praeguse kuju sai maja 20. sajandil, millest pärineb ka nelja sambaga portikus.

Täna Mõisas asub Kodijärve hooldekodu. Kõrvalhooneid on säilinud vaid üksikuid.

Kodijärve manor was split off from Arula in the second half of the 1600s. Until 1800 it belonged to the Brackels, and from 1856 until 1919 to the Ackermanns; the last owner was Arthur von Ackermann. Standing on a high hill above Lake Kodijärv, the two-story stone house probably contains several building phases from the 1700s and 1800s. It took its present form in the 1900s, the era of its four-column portico.

Today The manor holds the Kodijärve care home. Only a few outbuildings survive.
