Pagari Paggar
Pagari was founded in the 1600s, and in 1650 Queen Christina confirmed it to Land Councilor Johann Delwig. In 1686 it was taken by the Swedish crown and placed under the Narva castle fief. Later the Stackelbergs acquired it outright. The house was built in 1870; from 1924 it held a school, and in Soviet times the Kohtla-Järve district education office.
