Ontika
Ontika village was granted as a fief in 1621, and the manor itself was recorded in the mid-1600s. Otto von Knorring bought it in 1677, and in 1775–1778 it belonged, along with Voka and Toila, to the Duchess of Kingston. From 1780 to 1919 it was owned by the Clapier de Colongue family. The two-story late Classicist house of 1855 has a small lookout tower with arched windows where its roof ridges cross.

Good to know The Ontika cliff coast is named after the manor. In 1780 the estate was sold for 30,500 rubles to Lieutenant General Johann Clapier de Colongue. The last owner, Konstantin von Clapier de Colongue, was a former admiral of the Russian Empire.
